With over four decades in the concrete industry, Frank brings deep technical knowledge and real-world insight to Stress-Tec (UK) Ltd. His journey began in the 1980s as a CAD Design Engineer, crafting hydraulic power packs and stressing equipment before rising to Drawing Office Manager. A trailblazer in Health & Safety, Frank delivered his first Prestressing Safety Training course in 1990 and remains an active force behind ongoing updates to legislation-based training. He was the original co-author of the British Precast Code of Practice for the Safe Stressing of Prestressed Concrete Products and continues to support its evolution today. His customer support and project consulting expertise further help clients optimise performance and minimise waste across pre-stressing and occasionally post-tensioning operations.

Proof that it's never too late to find your place in a new industry.
